The MD-ESP32S3-DEV is a feature-rich development board built around the Espressif ESP32-S3 dual-core Xtensa LX7 processor. With integrated 2.4 GHz WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0 (LE), 16MB of flash storage, and 8MB of PSRAM, this board provides ample resources for complex embedded applications. The USB-C connector supports both power delivery and native USB serial/JTAG debugging, eliminating the need for a separate USB-UART bridge chip. The board includes a rich set of peripherals including SPI, I2C, I2S, UART, ADC, and touch sensor interfaces, making it suitable for IoT endpoints, HMI displays, and edge AI inference.
